Meghan Markle Is Producing A New Animation Series Called “Pearl”

Nope, our girl is always thinking, working, strategizing, and moving forward, while her enemies stay incandescent and obsessed with her.
Meghan is always one step ahead, because as we always say here at The Sussex Squad Podcast: Meghan isn’t new to this; she’s true to this. She was always going to thrive outside the aging castle’s walls of The Firm.
And here she is, with her latest venture.
Meghan is producing an animated series called ‘Pearl.’
Fun fact: the name Meghan actually means pearl. Mama Doria knew her baby was a gift and named her accordingly.
Pearl (working title) is reportedly going to center around a 12-year-old girl who women inspire in history.
It will be produced under Archewell productions for Netflix.
What’s most interesting about the production is who is involved.
David Furnish, one of the executive producers, is the partner of Elton John.
Elton was a close friend and confidant to Princess Diana and kept a close relationship with Harry after her death. He also wrote the iconic song ‘Candle In The Wind’ and performed it at Diana’s funeral.
Speaking about the project on the Archewell website, Meghan said:
“Like many girls her age, our heroine Pearl is on a journey of self-discovery as she tries to overcome life’s daily challenges. I’m thrilled that Archewell Productions, partnered with the powerhouse platform of Netflix, and these incredible producers, will together bring you this new animated series, which celebrates extraordinary women throughout history. David Furnish and I have been eager to bring this special series to light, and I am delighted we are able to announce it today.”
So while some people are getting dragged on these social media streets for their hypocrisy, our good sis is keeping it moving, and once again, ZERO LEAKS.
No release date has been set yet, but we’ll be sure to keep a close eye on it.
