Our faves are out and about, serving looks and making moves this week. The California sun is doing the lords work and making mama and papa Sussex GLOW!
Meghan and Harry stepped out for their first day in New York on Thursday and its been a constant wheel of great outfits, great meetings and promoting great causes. None knew about the trip, word got out only a day before that they would be in town, but there were no other details.
Think about that; flight booked, Range rovers hired, security detail agreed, schedules with officials given clearance…..
AND NO LEAKS.

Most squaddies will know that Meghan did a short internship at the UN before she was a royal. This isn’t Meghan in a new element, this is Meghan coming home. At present, the UN Council is meeting in New York. it’s wonderful to see Meghan and Harry embraced by international leaders and dignitaries. You don’t need royal titles when you’ve spent your entire life doing the work. No one can say Meghan doesn’t belong to be in those halls of power, she’s been fighting for change since she was a little girl, and let’s not forget her incredible UN speech in 2014 for UN Women. And Harry has several self started projects under his belt including Invictus and Sentebale.
The Sussex’s trip started with a press call and meeting with New York Mayor Bill DeBlasio and his beautiful wife and blended family. Afterwards, Meghan and Harry paid their respects at the 9/11 memorial. This must have been especially emotional for Harry who has served 2 tours in Afghanistan.
Following this, they had a meeting in Midtown East NYC with US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Green who the day before hosted health and foreign leaders with President Joe Biden at the #COVIDSummit (held on sidelines of UN General Assembly).
To end the day, the pair also met with several other UN officials and Chelsea Clinton. In a joint statement regarding the meeting they said; “Today’s meeting was a much-appreciated opportunity to learn from some of the most-respected experts who are working tirelessly to end this pandemic. Building on ongoing conversations we’ve had with global leaders over the past 18 months, today further reinforced our commitment to vaccine equity. We’re so encouraged by the spirit of collaboration we heard throughout our conversation and are eager to do our part.”
Phew, and that was only day one!
This is why the deragners are loosing their minds, they know they cannot touch the Sussex’s.
A little detail that was spotted, on Harrys organiser. it is customised with the words ‘Archies Papa’. Adorable, absolutely adorable, but I’d love to know how the photographers long lens spotted such a minor detail…
The British press claim over and over again that harry and Meghan are irrelevant, yet they have put every inch of the Sussex’s being under a microscope.
Harry and Meghan are standing next to power players now and don’t have to abide by Royal protocol and politics, how much longer can the Royal rodent rats keep up the lies…

The Rota Rats and the derangers are out of control. The hysterics, the rage is off the charts. They are repeating old put downs and accusations that did not work in the past but desperation is cruel master. All their pipe dreams of an impoverished and humbled couple have gone up in smoke. The Sussexes looked incredible. I swear they get more beautiful every day.
Kudos to the Archewell team for masterminding what has so far been a flawless trip. Shows that the Firm is not the only institution capable of coordinating a complex set of meetings among extremely busy people.
I was worried about security given the anti vaxxers and the MAGA crowd but after day one I relaxed. Since Jan. 6, open air events give me heartburn but all is well. I hope H&M are back home by now. What a week!
